Albert Fish born in Hamilton, Howard, 19,1870. He was an American serial killer, child rapist, and cannibal. Fish's family has a history of mental problems. He spends most of his childhood in an orphanage where he often gets abused. At the age of 12, he had his first homosexual relationship. He was so fascinated with sexuality that he started to enjoy urolagnia (drinking urine) and coprophagia (eating feces). He used to spend most of his free time in bathrooms so he could watch other boys naked. With the passage of time, he started molesting young boys. At the age of 20, his mother arranged his marriage with Anna Mary Hoffman. Fish and Anna had 6 children. Throughout this whole time, he was completely engaged in child abuse activity.
in 1910 fish met a 19-year-old intellectually disabled man named Thomas Kedden. fish takes him to his place where they develop their sadomasochistic relationship. Not long after fish took him to an old farmhouse where he began to torture him. he tied Kedden up and cut off half of his penis. he said that he will never forget kedden scream. he intended to kill and cut up kedden but he was quite worried that due to hot weather his body meat will rot soon. So, Fish poured peroxide over the wound, wrapped it in a Vaseline-covered handkerchief, left a $10 bill, kissed Kedden, and left.
In January 1917, Fish's wife left him for another man named John Straube. this incident affected his mental health deeply. He began to have auditory hallucinations. He once wrapped himself in a carpet, saying that he was following the instructions of John the Apostle. It was about this time that Fish began to indulge in self-harm. He would embed needles into his groin and abdomen. After his arrest, X-rays revealed that Fish had at least 29 needles lodged in his pelvic region.
Cannibalization
At the age of 54, he was suffering from psychosis (A mental state where people struggle to find a difference between what is real and what is not real). He felt that God was commanding him to torture and sexually mutilate the children. He soon developed a growing obsession with cannibalism, often preparing himself a dinner consisting solely of raw meat and sometimes serving it to his children.

This was not enough of his cruelty he even writes precisely detailed letters to the respective victim's guardian, in those letters he would give detail from the beginning- he tells them how he kidnaped theirs. Then, how he raped them. And, the slaughtering process of their children. How he cooked their children's meat and how tasty was it.
Moreover, during his trial, he admits all of the allegations. He was executed on January 16, 1936, in the electric chair at Sing Sing. His last words were, reportedly, "I don't even know why I'm here."
