A Brazilian teenager was tattooed “I am a thief” on his forehead as a punishment. This boy caught by a tattoo artist when he was trying to steal a bicycle in a city near Sao Paulo.
Tattoo artists Maycon Wesley and Ronildo Moreira were charged with torture. Authorities decided not to reveal his identity. Later a group of volunteers created an internet fundraising page to help him with the removal of tattoos. however, the boy statement on the incident was quite heartfelt "The tattoo can be removed, but the scars will remain in my mind,"
The tattoo artist stated that he wanted to teach him a lesson.
